MX Stratus Solutions was founded in 2025 in Puerto Vallarta, Jalisco. Although recently established, our leadership team brings together over 20 years of hands-on experience in the end-to-end administration of residential condominiums—spanning horizontal complexes, vertical towers, and mixed-use communities that integrate housing, retail, and services.
